MATH FOR COLLEGE READINESS
Calling all Juniors and Seniors!
Are you planning on going to college, but want to feel more confident in your math abilities? Check out Math for College Readiness, offered by the Northern State E-Learning Center.
This course is FREE and qualifies as half a high school math credit and satisfies requirements for college math class placement. Even better? This class is taken during the school day and will be offered to juniors and seniors every semester from Spring 2023 to Fall 2025.

Department of Education college readiness coursework is offered through Lake Area Technical College. The Board of Regents offers a related program in math with slightly different eligibility requirements through the Northern State University E-Learning Center.
*For purposes of math placement, a grade above a D will satisfy direct placement into Math 103 or 114.
For those applying for a Regents Scholar or Advanced Honor Diploma, this course will not satisfy those course requirements. You will want to visit with your school counselor prior to registering for this course to determine best fit.
