TRANSCRIPT RELEASE TO SOUTH DAKOTA PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES
Transcript Release Processes
South Dakota's public universities use secure processes to receive student transcripts. High schools are encouraged to follow the recommended submission methods below to ensure timely admissions and scholarship review.
Use the guidelines below to submit transcripts to South Dakota public universities governed by the SD Board of Regents: Black Hills State University, Dakota State University, Northern State University, South Dakota Mines, South Dakota State University, and University of South Dakota.
Release Through Infinite Campus
The South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR) has worked with Infinite Campus to simplify the way high schools release transcripts to its universities. This improved process allows counselors to easily share SDBOR-formatted and coded transcripts, leading to quicker student admissions and more efficient evaluation of scholarships. Submit the “SDBOR Formatted” transcript with a simple click of the button found on the Transcript Tab in Infinite Campus.
- Preview SDBOR Release: Displays a PDF copy of the SDBOR transcript.
- Release to SDBOR: Sends the transcript to all six SDBOR universities.
NEW: Include Immunizations on SDBOR Transcripts
South Dakota public and private colleges require proof of immunization. Infinite Campus now allows schools to include immunizations directly on the SDBOR transcript.

If your school does not use Infinite Campus, transcripts may be submitted securely using the form below. Please do not email transcripts.
