United States Army ROTC National 4 Year Scholarship

Army ROTC is a program that allows you to attend college and earn any degree while simultaneously completing requirements to commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Army. You can serve full time or part time in the Army as an Officer. You will earn a minor in Military Science along with the degree that you chose. Student elects how scholarship is paid out each term. Can be used with some other scholarships.

Paul Georgas Memorial Award

This award is a one-time $1000 award to one student based on academic merit, participation in extracurricular activities and community service, one letter of recommendation from one of the applicant’s current or former teachers, and a personal essay. Eligibility: To apply, the student must be a high school senior with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The recipient must demonstrate a desire to pursue a bachelor’s degree in education at a four-year South Dakota college or university following high school.

SD Bankers Foundation Named Scholarships

The South Dakota Bankers Foundation annually offers five named scholarships awarded directly to students attending a South Dakota college who are pursuing a career in banking or finance. Applicants must be in their junior year, entering their senior year of college during the 2024-2025 school year. Siouxland Chapter CFMA Scholarship

The Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) is a national organization that is dedicated to bringing together construction finance professionals and those partners serving their unique needs. The Siouxland Chapter created this scholarship to promote and award graduating high school seniors who wish to pursue an academic or technical degree in construction. Applicants must plan to attend an institution of higher learning within a 100-mile radius of Sioux Falls. This scholarship offers multiple awards.

Osmann Family Native American Scholarship

This scholarship benefits graduating South Dakota high school seniors who are enrolled members of a Native American tribe. Applicants must plan to attend a college in the South Dakota university system or a vocational or technical school in Sioux Falls, Watertown, Mitchell, or Rapid City and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher after seven semesters of high school. Applicants must also have the desire and ability to succeed in further academic study and have participated in extra-curricular or community activities. Scholarships awarded through this fund are renewable.
