This scholarship was established in 1993 by the Washington High School All-School Reunion Committee to assist graduating high school seniors from Sioux Falls Washington High School to pursue higher education.

Eligibility:
- Scholarship may be awarded on Financial Need
- Minimum high school GPA: 2.0
- Sioux Falls Washington High School Graduating Seniors
