Richard Hagen-Minerva Harvey Scholarship

The Richard Hagen-Minerva Harvey Memorial state scholarship program is for enrolled members of American Indian tribes who have graduated from an accredited South Dakota High School. Students must attend a public or non-public accredited university, college or technical college located in South Dakota and maintain 12 credit hours per semester with a 2.5 cumulative GPA. Scholarship awards are determined by the Hagen Harvey Scholarship Board and can range from $1,000 to 2,500 per year depending on the year of attendance.

 

Eligibility:

Applicants must be enrolled members of American Indian tribes who have graduated from an accredited South Dakota High School.

 

Applicable Institutions:

Any SOUTH DAKOTA technical college or university
