This scholarship was established to honor the memory of Dr. Louis H. Shoraga, an Alcester physician who passed away in 1976. The award benefits graduating high school seniors from the Alcester, SD community.

- Scholarship may be awarded on Financial Need
- Alcester-Hudson High School graduating seniors
