Established to benefit high school graduates, The Home Builders Care Foundation Building Trades Scholarships ($1,000) are given annually to those majoring in a home building related field of study. They must also demonstrate financial need, have maintained a “C” average or higher, and be committed to their educational goals.

The South Dakota Bankers Foundation annually offers five named scholarships awarded directly to students attending a South Dakota college who are pursuing a career in banking or finance. Applicants must be in their junior year, entering their senior year of college during the 2024-2025 school year. Graduating seniors who live in the Trent area benefit from this award. Organizers have defined the Trent community as the area bounded on the south by the Moody County line, on the north by SD Highway 34, on the east by the South Dakota state line, and on the west by the Colman Road, also known as 470th Avenue. Eligible applicants must be of good moral character and plan to attend an accredited, post-secondary educational institution. They must submit a written application and official high school transcript or equivalent.

This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university and are youth golfers with two years participation in the CCSF junior golf program. Eligible applicants must be a child of a member who has been a member of the CCSF for two years. They must also be ranked in the top half of their class.
