Open to graduating high school seniors and mature students, this opportunity is for those enrolling full-time in a post-secondary program with an arts focus. Eligibility:
- Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or mature students residing in or attending school in the Southwest Region of South Dakota: Lead-Deadwood, Spearfish, Meade Counties.
- Students must plan to enroll full-time in an accredited post-secondary institution and pursue a degree or certification in a creative arts field.
- This scholarship is open to first-time freshmen, current post-secondary students, and graduate students.
- No minimum GPA, test score, or financial need requirement is required.

The Left Lateral Leap scholarship is for students pursuing an educational path which emphasizes innovative thinking. Open to all graduating and mature students pursuing a full-time post-secondary education. Applications are open to those living in the regions where Hy-Tech Drilling operates.

- Must plan to enroll full-time in a post-secondary institution
- Must be pursuing an educational path that emphasizes innovative or “left lateral” thinking
- Must reside in or attend school in the Southwest Region of South Dakota (Lead-Deadwood, Spearfish, Meade County)
- Must meet application requirements, including transcript, reference letter, and cover letter

The SDAHO Enterprises Nursing and Allied Health Professionals Scholarships was established to support undergraduate nursing and allied health professional students currently enrolled or accepted into respective programs at South Dakota Board of Regents (SDBOR) institutions. Apply through the SDBOR Scholarship Portal at www.sdbor.edu/scholarships.
Eligibility:
- Will be a university Junior or Senior in in the Fall semester
- Enrolled full-time in the academic year
- Admitted to their respective program at a SDBOR Institution on or before the Fall of the academic year
- Has lived in or has intentions to live and work in a rural area post-graduation
- Agrees to be present to accept the scholarship (to the best of their ability) at the South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations Annual Convention
- Has and maintains a GPA of at least 3.0 while enrolled at a SDBOR university

Students graduating from a public high school in 3 years or less are eligible for a one time scholarship of $1500 to be distributed equally across both the Fall and Spring semesters during their first year of post-secondary enrollment. Eligible students can apply using the SD Board of Regents Online Scholarship Portal.
Eligibility:
- Be a resident of South Dakota;
- Complete the requirements of the recommended high school program as established by the Board of Education pursuant to §13-1-12.1, and be awarded a high school diploma by a public high school in three years or less;
- Have attended a public high school in South Dakota on a full-time basis for at least two semesters prior to graduating; and
- Within one year of graduating from high school, excluding any time served on active duty in the armed forces of the United States, enroll in a college, university, or technical school accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools that provides instruction from a campus located in South Dakota.
