SATURDAY, MARCH 29, 2025 (COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE, FOOD, AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES, J LOHR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, COLLEGE OF ARTS, HUMANITIES, AND SOCIAL SCIENCES, AND COLLEGE OF NURSING.
An unforgettable day filled with insights, inspiration, and celebration! High school seniors will be able to visit with university leadership and get a glimpse into the values and vision that drive SDSU. Engage in dynamic classroom observations and tours, allowing them to witness the innovative and supportive academic environment that awaits them at SDSU. They will hear from individuals from across campus and the community, each sharing why South Dakota State and Brookings are an excellent choice for your next adventure.
They cap off their day by celebrating their declaration as one of the newest members of the Jackrabbit family with other future classmates! Our mascot Jack, the Pride of the Dakotas pep band and other special guests will be there to congratulate them!

Students will get an in-depth view of South Dakota State’s College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences (CAFES) alongside current students and faculty. Experiences include academic department tours, class observations and information sessions focused on CAFES related academic programs.
